My car got damaged on their premises, I requested video footage since it was in view of the camera angle. They said the camera isn't good with the glare (flag 1: needs to update tech or install a camera from other angle), was told I could get the footage on a USB. Drove over twice, once to drop it off, another to pick it up (2 hours of driving) due to only one guy, Frank, being able to use the security footage.
Was informed the software is old and unable to download on the USB (flag 2: they should know this ahead of time, especially since the footage gets deleted after 2 weeks without a way to save)
Told them the time of the incident and got a phone recorded video of footage outside that time period.
Shannon the building manager tried to work with me but ultimately became rude and dismissive, failing to use logic at my simple requests at handling a situation on their vicinity. She said she didn't have time to deal with me because she's running a building.
Other than that Shelly at the front desk is meticulous at verifying guests for access, which tells me he takes the job seriously. They also will be working on renovations in the near future as something to look forward to, hopefully it will include updated camera tech.
