The leasing staff were very helpful and friendly, we spoke with Paola who helped us with everything. The apartments are spacious with good quality materials used in the Kitchen and Bathrooms. The complex is still under construction but you can see how it will come together.

So happy to have recently moved in to this new property! The application, approval, and move in process was seamless! Paola consulted us through the whole process and was very attentive to any questions and prompt when responding to emails/calls.

Very good service, the apartments are very nice, the place is very clean, I am happy to know that I am starting my year in this place. Paola is an exceptional person.

I am concerned that my application was denied based solely on my credit score, despite meeting other qualifications. I have noticed that there seems to be a lack of diversity among the residents and applicants who are accepted, which raises concerns about whether fair and inclusive recruitment practices are being followed. Additionally, I have been waiting for a resolution regarding the refund of my deposit. I’ve reached out multiple times and have yet to receive my money back, despite assurances that the process was being handled.
The apartment complex is beautiful, and I believe it has great potential. However, I sincerely hope that steps can be taken to promote diversity and ensure that all applicants are given a fair and equal opportunity, regardless of their background.

I just moved in and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I arrived, everything has exceeded my expectations. The staff has been incredibly helpful, and I want to give a special shoutout to Eliadny for making my move-in process seamless and stress-free. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly set the tone for a great experience. The building is immaculate and the community vibe is welcoming. I already feel at home and know I made the right choice. Highly recommend.

I love living in this place, I think I was the first or one of the first to move here as soon as they opened their doors and I am more than happy to live here, I love my apartment and its surroundings. I thank Tatiana for the treatment and for her management, she is very professional in what she does. God bless this community, I look forward to it being finished if today we enjoy a good atmosphere, once it is finished I imagine it will be a blessing to live here 🙏🙏🙏.
