Promenade Condominium at Kendall Lakes

Extremely rude and unethical staff unprofessional guy working at the office, I came to visit my dad that just move in a week ago and the office haven’t provide him with a code for visitors to be able to call for him to open the gate, I went to the office nicely and explained the situation to see if they can help me at the gate and they were extremely rude for end up not helping me.. really bad customer service.

Horrible people working in this office ,have no idea what customer service is ,and are lazy to do there work . Someone in charge should take a look at this . I feel bad fior tenants that have to deal with it.

I cant belive this still happening in Miami, I came to visit a friend and when I came back I see my car blocked with boots, and warning sign asking for $65 in order to they remove this boots. The reason was “because I parked in reverse. They are no signs here letting the people knows about it. They stole my money. And I waste a lot of time waiting for they remove it after I paid. Police officers needs to come to take care of these criminals.

I recently started staying here out of a sudden received a  fine for trash left on common areas... - to begin with I don't recall leaving any trash anywhere, since I know this could be reason for a fine.
-Attached with a letter is a piece of the name and address section of  what ever the trash may have been.  in other words there are no indication of me leaving the trash any where since they don't have a pic of the actual trash being found somewhere.
if you are going to acuse me of doing wrong please make sure you have the proper proof.  Otherwise do not bother in implying i am leaving trash in the common areas.  I find this not only as a disrespect to the resident but also a lack of intelligence from the property management coming to acuse someone with just a piece of the correspondence of the suppose evidence.  As IF
