Great place, they improved everything wrong they had, example; the parking issue, now there are parkings for everybody and increased the lots, the place is very nice to live. I’ve been two years since now.

Association = CDR the rules are unfair dictatorship in Cuba was very small compared to what there is in these CDRs in the US they put their absurd rules and what they have is a bush all over the condominium to bushes of banana trees planted in the gardens the pool by which They pay so much, you have to pay, you can't even use it, and yet, and a little box in a doorway bothers you, please take a good look and try to invest a little more in the exteriors, those that are horrible, with lights that look like cemeteries. And of the bushes that they have for gardens, I don't even think that they need a good check on their surrounding neighbors and take away the scourge that they have there that they are only there to cause harm and not for what they have to be.

Clean, Quiet , and well kept. Visitor parking is an unsolvable issue.

Unable to reach the condo association.  This place parking is a big issue.  There are very limited visitor parking and all occupied by tenants.  Visitors can't find any parking at all in evenings and weekends.

Not enough parking

I haven’t even been here a week but I already know parking is an issue… If two people live here with two cars and you only have one reserved space, I guess they expect you to stay overnight at a hotel if you can’t find visitor parking. Too much greenery and not enough parking. You would think the association would try to solve this problem. I should be able to have guests over. Update: I’ve been here almost a year now. The parking problem has not changed one bit. Whoever is on this committee needs to resign. They have no solutions for the parking issue. I’ve had to leave my car at family members houses overnight multiple times because I get home and have no parking. This is RIDICULOUS. They seem to be more concerned about what you’re throwing in the trash, than the parking issue.

The worst place you can choose to live👎🏼 Starting with the parking lots that, apart from being small and running the risk of having your car scratched when leaving or entering the parking space, there are also not enough spaces if you plan to receive a visit after 2: 00pm you can forget about getting a visitor position. In the office your complaints will never be heard because the President does not care, and you run the risk of the man treating you rudely just like how he treats his employees. Neighbors, like everywhere, there are good, bad, worse and filthy 🤦🏻‍♀️

There is no place to park cars, and the security guy who is there from Monday to Friday is very unfriendly and unprofessional in his job,
