Lately it is an ordeal to live in this residence, there are pool parties with loud music every day, there is no control over anything, some neighbors who have no culture of what it is to live in a community throw parties playing loud music, today for example is Wednesday and we have had to put up with loud music all afternoon

DO NOT RENT HERE! I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. As of February new management and owners have taken over and in just 17 days this place is worse than living in the ghetto! Rent for a 2/2 is almost $3k and these are the conditions they have us in (see attached pictures). Noise complaints are every weekend, multiple times in a night. And sometimes even during the week. People don’t have respect here and the new owners have taken away security and even the cleaning crew. Even though the manager states we do have a cleaning crew; if we did the floors wouldn’t be so disgusting! It’s EMBARRASSING to have guest over in these conditions. With the previous management we had security, a cleaning crew, the garbage was taken out regularly, security knew EVERYONE and those who didn’t live here were asked to leave, large speakers weren’t allowed in the pool area, no one would smoke in the pool. This weekend was ATROCIOUS. I decided to go to the pool with my little kids; there was 3 different parties with 3 different large speakers BLASTING cubatonaso. People drinking and smoking cigarettes right under the “no smoking” sign and later at night they started smoking marijuana. There was a large man with his pants half down, my 5 year old even pointed it out. When I come up to my apt those same people happened to be my neighbors and were blasting music to the point that they were 2 doors down and my baby and toddler couldn’t sleep. I sent an email that same night and this morning went down to the office with another concerned resident and all we got told was that the manager was collecting emails to send to the regional manager so they can see how important security is. And all they’ve done was send an email reminding about the pool rules, as if anyone is going to care. THEY SHOULDN’T HAVE TAKEN ANYTHING AWAY IN THE FIRST PLACE. These new owners aren’t going to do anything! All they want is to collect the money to stuff in their pockets and not invest in the place to keep the same conditions like they were before they took over. We don’t even have access to the clubhouse in weekends nor after 6pm on weekdays. DO NOT RENT HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
