Quantum Apartments

This building is a such a great place, we’ve been living here from over a year now and on top of having great apartments and top notch amenities, the leasing/management team is always on point. They recently changed the maintenance chief which is doing wonders to keep the place working well and clean.
And If you ever need anything just ask for the manager, Stephanie, she is such a perfect fit for a complex like this and always so helpful no matter the issue.
Overall 10/10!!!

All of Quantum's services are truly excellent; the cleaning and maintenance staff always get a 10, but Raymond is the Star of the show, the one who really resolves issues and attends to everything in an exemplary manner. Keep up the great work!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my thoughts and warn you about the new management, Stephanie Butler. It was actually a great thing when she resigned from 10x in Fort Lauderdale. Be cautious: she is very manipulative and dishonest, often engaging in unethical actions. If you feel something is off or suspect wrongdoing, I recommend filing a complaint on bbb.org or taking further action. Trust me, she deserves it.
