Quantum Apartments

I don't believe they do any background checks for this place, bc some of the people here appear to be felons or involved in serious criminal activity. Besides the dog poop all over the place, dogs in public areas, uncontrolled parties and noise, much of building 2 smells like weed in the hallways, stairs and elevator, they even installed an air freshner in them. Smoking is apparently strictly prohibited by the lease, but nothing is done.... Random cars park in the garage taking up resident's spaces, wo any parking tags, clearly non-residents; ZERO ACTION by management. You write-they ignore. PAY YOUR RENT AND BE QUIET! Camille couldn't manage a dog kennel... Reminds me of Biden

So considering renting here? Take a look at this 'luxury' first... And don't forget the other reviews regarding mold and management. ANDY DANTAS ILLEGALLY TELLING ME THERE IS $300 CHARGE FOR CLEANING AND PAINING UPON MOVE OUT PER THE LEASE!! NO SUCH THING IN THE LEASE! ABSOLUTE LIARS!! Hilarious they actually respond now... when I message them through their garbage worthless app THEY CLOSE THE TICKET WITH NO RESPONSE! They couldn't even send a renewal price notice when I'm days away from deciding whether to stay or go... Expect these clowns to ignore you and your communications! Most unprofessional, lazy management I've ever seen, and I've lived in dozens of luxury apartments. OBVIOUSLY I'M GOING! AND YOU SHOULD TOO

Our unit is not only stunning but also impeccably maintained, and the amenities surpass all expectations. My experience touring this apartment community was outstanding! The site team was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. The manager's personal greeting was an exceptional added touch that made me feel truly valued and appreciated. The location of the community is fantastic, and the amenities are absolutely gorgeous. The Pet Spa was impeccably clean, and I was impressed by the presence of clean dog stations throughout the community. Additionally, having a hotel next door with restaurants is a huge plus for remote working dog parents like myself, making it incredibly convenient.
Overall, this is the perfect location to call home, and I am eagerly anticipating moving in next month. I highly recommend this community to anyone in search of their ideal living space!

Quantum is AWESOME!!!!  I moved in about 6 weeks ago and to say it has been a great experience is an understatement.  From Camille (the mgr) to Junior, Angel, Ray, Guillermo, etc., the whole experience is amazing. You hear many horror stories about other buildings, but not here and we love it. Thank you so much Quantum for making our new home, great!

Originally we enjoyed living in this apartment.  Camille is amazing and always made us feel as though we were heard and cared for.  A change has recently happened and new people are doing most of the "heavy lifting".  This has caused a 100% turn around in customer service and how heard we feel which is why I am changing my review. A few weeks ago, an elevator started making a squeaking noise which sounds like a smoke detector with a low battery.  That noise drives all of us crazy.  My bedroom is next to the stairwell, which allows this noise to enter my sleeping area.  It keeps me awake and when I do fall asleep, it tends to wake me up in the middle of the night.  I reached out through both the maintenance portal and the Management portal for assistance.  This was their response.

"The elevator was inspected by the KONE technician and is working in perfect condition, the noise is normal for a motor of that size, sorry for any inconvenience."
Normal is the elevator directly next to the noisey elevator.  That one doesn't generate noise loud enough to enter a unit.
Florida law states, as a tenant in Florida, you have the right to quiet enjoyment, which means you can peacefully occupy your rental property without unreasonable disturbances.  I think interfering with ones ability to sleep constitutes as a violation.
Knowing this to be true, there has been 0 attempt to compensate for this nor reasonable attempt to resolve.  That is what you get when you live here and have a reasonable complaint.  Unreasonable dismissal of your concerns.
