There are many things to say about this place and they are almost all bad. Starting with the building administration staff, specifically Ms. Laura, super rude, inattentive, disgusting, despotic, etc. As for the amenities of the building, it leaves a lot to be desired. They increase and increase the rent and nothing they try to improve the functioning of the recreational spaces, starting with the swimming pool that has not been enabled for residents for years, the elevators are damaged, there is a bad smell in the hallways, you can see dead cockroaches in them for days, the suitable ones are invaded by insects. My parents' apartment is suffering from moisture in the ceiling and we have reported it many times and they still haven't fixed anything. Anyway, many complaints about this site. The only good thing to highlight is the Manager Juan, always very attentive and cordial.

The place is clean and nice. I was there only once while I was visiting my Aunt and I liked it
