In that building there is a most despicable human being in this world called Enrique Elortegui, he believes he owns the entire building and he is a racist, he does not let anyone live in peace there, he calls you the tow truck for occupying a visitor parking lot, I hope to God that one day he does justice for so much evil that he did and does to those who come to live there.  Also the administration called Adams are thieves, they steal your money because they don't approve your application but they do steal your money. Be careful with that building and I say it because I have proof of what I say and not only me, of the 15 people there, 14 can't stand that guy.
