Reach Brickell City Centre

i live here n its luxurious and beautiful. The residents are extremely nice and living here is an overall fantastic experience. If you are looking for a beautiful building that has elevator access to the best mall in Florida, yall boys should move here.

Hammam and steam rooms have been broken for years with no intention to repair either.  Elevators keep having issues.  Valet system is frequently not working. The garage access gate is often broken, with no way to park your car, even after a lengthy repair process.  Too many issues with the amenities in a supposedly luxury building. Also there are very loud noises coming from the unit walls and ceilings day and night due to construction defects. They lie and claim ignorance of the root cause of these noise issues.
At least the non property management staff here is absolutely amazing. Saving grace.

Great building, lived there for five years. Best of all is location. This is definitely one of the best place to be in brickell, and access to the expressway (leave/enter) brickell is right in front of the building. Which means significantly less traffic than other downtown places.

The parking situation for the condo is horrible. A two bedroom only comes with one parking space. You can not get another space in the building. The office helps set you up with an additional parking space with the SP parking garage across the street. However, one of the garages I parked in would constantly lock me out of the garage. I was moved shortly after complaining into a garage with very poor security and my car was broken into less than a month into parking there. The garages cost an addition $250 a month on top of your rent for the condo. If you have two cars I don’t recommend living here.

I have lived in this building for 3 years I have always thought it was the nicest building in Brickell. About a month I was out of town for a long weekend and someone in the building went into my unit and stole 2 of my watches.
My door was locked and there was no signs forest entry, this had to be an inside job. The building has a key to each unit and someone with access to them got into my unit while I was out of town.
The building has been very unhelpful in the whole process we filleda report with the building and nothing else has happened. We called the cops and the cops said about 5 other people have been robbed the same way in the last year.
Just this morning I heard about one more neighbor getting robbed this week. Same story stonen watches.
I would not buy or move in this building if you have nice watches!
