The girls at the reception on the 6th floor respond with a very bad attitude and character when giving information to people who come to make their residents feel good. They believe that the building belongs to them 😆.If this attitude changes, I will remove the comment, but it really is in very bad taste.😏

I never write reviews BUT … residential staff is so supposed to be so nice to guests, taking care of them, leading them to their friend’s home. I was greeted by Arty, with two piercings. He said, “protocol.” After we had the unit owner on speaker saying to let us in. This building is listed as a good building, the staff on the 6th floor (two women) were not at the desk when we approached. They called the police and threatened arrest. Our friends were nice, but the staff in the building I could never introduce a friend too, nor a business partner. My guests are not safe here, for that reason I have to give the lowest rating so that I pray they read this. Amen.

Renting for two years, definitely not recommend this building on so many levels, I live on the 38 floor and the noise level in the apartment with the cars and motorcycles is in your living room, also very low water pressure and very small water heater. Spa is closed for over two years in which can't use the spa spa steam room and sauna...
Very disappointing the quality of builder. And this is coming from a professional realtor.

i live here n its luxurious and beautiful. The residents are extremely nice and living here is an overall fantastic experience. If you are looking for a beautiful building that has elevator access to the best mall in Florida, yall boys should move here.

Hammam and steam rooms have been broken for years with no intention to repair either.  Elevators keep having issues.  Valet system is frequently not working. The garage access gate is often broken, with no way to park your car, even after a lengthy repair process.  Too many issues with the amenities in a supposedly luxury building. Also there are very loud noises coming from the unit walls and ceilings day and night due to construction defects. They lie and claim ignorance of the root cause of these noise issues.
At least the non property management staff here is absolutely amazing. Saving grace.

Great building, lived there for five years. Best of all is location. This is definitely one of the best place to be in brickell, and access to the expressway (leave/enter) brickell is right in front of the building. Which means significantly less traffic than other downtown places.

The parking situation for the condo is horrible. A two bedroom only comes with one parking space. You can not get another space in the building. The office helps set you up with an additional parking space with the SP parking garage across the street. However, one of the garages I parked in would constantly lock me out of the garage. I was moved shortly after complaining into a garage with very poor security and my car was broken into less than a month into parking there. The garages cost an addition $250 a month on top of your rent for the condo. If you have two cars I don’t recommend living here.
