My favorite part of living at Regatta is ...
My favorite part of living at Regatta is seeing Stacie and Asha’s smiling faces at the front desk. Both of these ladies are so welcoming, professional, and make sure to get things done. Stacie and Asha go above and beyond for all of us that live here, and I am truly grateful to them.

I wasn't going to get this apartment but ...
I wasn't going to get this apartment but I saw it and walked in, then I met Francis, and she showed me around and provided a great tour. I got a great apartment for good price because of her and I'm excited to live here.

Being the longest tenured tenant at New ...
Being the longest tenured tenant at New River , I've witnessed the good and the bad thru then years. When it comes to the concierge it has , for the most part been terible, until recently. Stacy has made it welcoming and inviting. I've witnessed first hand the issues Stacy has dealt with from some of our, let's say, less classy residents. Stacy handles it with dignity and class. She is truly top notch. Aside from Stacy, the maintenance staff (Pedro and others ) as well as the building manager Ana, are very attentive and do an outstanding job.

Truly appreciate Michael concierge who w ...
Truly appreciate Michael concierge who went above and beyond to help me find a package. Never got a code for the package & after days of asking, he called me to let me know it was found. When I arrived to pick up, he was so kind and apologized for the situation.

I currently live at regatta and I’ve had ...
I currently live at regatta and I’ve had some problems in the past and currently with maintenance fixing some issues in my apartment- they are slow to answer and close out my tickets without solving issues. I would say that is one of my complaints here, however one thing that is outstanding is Michael at the front desk/concierge. He has always been so kind and so helpful and is one of the concierges that actually shows concern about the residents requests and helps them when he says he will and follows through! Good job Michael, regatta is lucky to have you!
