Lots of potential, but many items remain ...
Lots of potential, but many items remain unrepaired after months of notice. Hot tub has not worked since I moved in, Exit mirror from the garage broken and not fixed since I moved in. Garage is filthy and never cleaned. Reported these and other issues through the app they management wants us to use, but they get automatically closed with no comments or actions.

Building is in a great location and nice ...
Building is in a great location and nice but the managing company is terrible. All locks are electronic and either app or key fob activated. Half the gates don’t work and the doors don’t all lock or unlock. Seems like they don’t plan on doing anything about it either
