Resia Biscayne Drive

The Resia Biscayne is absolutely a great place to live in the south florida area. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained! The staff are all delightful and so good at their jobs, I love everyone who works there. The road in front of the complex can be difficult to exit & enter so just be careful when driving in! Other than that it is absolutely perfect :) My husband and I have loved our time here so far!

I would like to share that the girls in the office Sara and Ali are amazing they are of great help they always have a quick response when I reach out and they have amazing customer service also maintenance does an amazing job keeping the place clean I would definitely recommend and refer anyone who is looking for a place to come and check them out outstanding service

I've been here since April 1st and wanted to wait to give my honest opinion. So far its been great living here, ppl are friendly a pretty quiet place to live. Sara and Ali are so nice and helpful. Any work orders if any are usually done within 1-2 bus days, the property is pretty clean and well maintained. I have no major complaints however there is minimal parking and the spaces are small and your not allowed to back in which I wish you could or you'll get a warning sticker and possibly towed. The apt amentities are great, including free wifi, apts are a lil small and not much closet space at all and I wish they had newer washer and dryers but not bad just a lil old school but hey no need to go to the laundromat.  Pets are accepted which is a plus for animal lovers and its a gated community. The property is literally right off of the Ronald Reagan Pkwy. Walmart, McDonalds, Wendy's, Publix, 7-11 and Gas stations amonst other stores are nearby pretty much w/in walking distance. Baptist Health Homestead Hospital is nearby about 5-7mins driving as well as Aldi and a shopping ctr a couple of exits away. Overall its been a pleasant experience and I would recommend anybody to live here.

If I could give this apartment less then one star I would. Horrible place to live and super expensive for no reason the place is super dirty inside, the trash is everywhere and over Flow. they charge u for everything and they always trying to toll people's car is crazy.

These apartments are expensive which should be 100% clean. The trash is always over flowing instead of putting the trash inside the dumpsters they throw them outside of it on the ground always piled up. It looks so disgusting and makes the whole complex dirty. Management tried to fix problem by giving everyone boxes and leave by your door and someone would come and pick up on certain days but that didn’t work. They should have 0% tolerance knowing these apartments aren’t cheap. The only good thing it’s right off the turnpike.

Management team has been amazing since day 1 every time I came with a question or need any help Sarah and Ali are always Available  to help. Thank you !
