the worst place I have ever lived in Miami!!!! If you are thinking of renting here DON'T DO IT!!!!! I've been living here for almost a year and I really can't wait to leave!!!! My car has been charged twice already this month!!!! Having a valid authorized parking permit! If you go to the condominium office they tell you that they don't know anything and that you simply have to pay to have your car returned! It's crazy! In the office there is a girl named Emily, she treated us very badly and did not give us a solution to our problem. In less than 30 days I had to pay almost $400 dollars to get my car back!! Being a resident of this condominium and having the right to parking and a visitor, they simply do not respect anything and take your car. DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE!!!

Lived  her for 1 year. Although community is nice and safe the HOA fees and rules are out of control. Gym equipment has been broken for a year ( several machines ) Alton Madison is a disgrace, ripped out plants in front of home and just said they were either planted without permission or not by association and will not be replaced with anything else. Went around the neighborhood and now it’s bare in most spots so looks horrible. If you rent great, if you own beware.
