I have lived in this complex for 2 years, the maintenance staff is extremely friendly, respectful and accomplished, the common areas are kept clean and in perfect condition, the apartments are comfortable and in perfect condition. Excellent administration, excellent administrative staff. Your manager, very kind, affectionate, respectful. I would not hesitate to live in this beautiful place again. I recommend them

Management and maintenance has been a pleasure while living at Coral Reef Resia. Nancy, is always so helpful and responsive when having any questions or issues. Maintenance is friendly and on top of any requests. Nancy and Lance in the leasing office have always made it known they are there with any requests I may have, even if after office hours. ✨👍🏻✨

HORRIBLE management, from onsite to upper management at the main office. They fake care about their residents and get NOTHING done. Overpriced apartments in the hood. All the positive reviews you see were paid for (bribed residents) or done by the office staff. Don't rent here, you'll regret it from the day you move in.

I’ve been here for three years now and I really don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The staff is friendly and has responded to every concern from minor to major in a timely manner and professionally which I really appreciate. I’ve had no issues with my neighbors and everything in my apartment when I moved in was brand new.

the maintenance men are awesome. they always show up happy to help and work quickly. they are kind and i trust them with our home. good job team.

I have lived in this apartment community for 3 years, from day 1 their attention has been wonderful. All the staff in the office are very friendly and efficient, they always help you with whatever you need. They are attentive to the needs of the tenants. A very quiet space to live. Highly recommended.
