I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. I have been paying for my parking for 7 months and now they tell me that I cannot park here because the new application tells me that there is no availability for my car. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT and for cosmo they tell me to park it outside, whoever runs the administration of this place either doesn't realize it or they do it to be a joke, I just know that I am going to give it to anyone who can give a bad reference because it has not been the only thing they have done and the only thing they What they do is when you go there they ask you for a good review. If you are looking for a home, don't live what I am living and like me many tenants

If you are looking for the worst rent, with terrible attention from the secretaries and the manager who every time you go to ask her something they simply tell you "I recently started working", "surely it was someone else", "we can't do anything" without a doubt Resia old cutler is the best in being the worst, because for 7 months I have been renting in one of her apartments and it is always something different, firstly when we signed the contract it included water and three months later they sent to say that the city had to charge for the water and that we signed the first option of the contract, that is, you are screwed, you have to pay for it because no one told you about the second option, then if you have to use the internet that they give you, you cannot have your own internet, it is what they say, their internet is obligatory, it is not negotiable, as for cars they give you free parking and the second is 65 dollars a month and a third is 100, in my case it is only 65, yes 65 dollars a month paying for parking so I can get up a good day to go to work and they took my car because according to them I did not have it registered in a new app, so to get it it was 145 dollars and now I wonder why the hell they charge me 65 dollars month by month if it is not registered, when the first thing they asked me when I rented with them was the registration of the vehicle and the driver's license, so that outside cars do not enter? What to maintain order? If the condo door has been broken for longer than it has been working and I have seen people who don't live here hanging around the buildings at night, where is the security I ask? Right now I'm not leaving here because God knows how much money you get out of the contract, the worst rent is the worst, my advice is that no one rents here, the only good thing about it is that the apartment was new, that's the only thing they deserve, and to make matters worse, when they came in to change my air filter, they threw away the vacuum cleaner for the floor that I had stored in the same place, subtlety and politeness are not part of the workers, how upset I am with myself for having come to live here 🤬

I do not recommend moving even as a last option, I am a resident and if given the opportunity to leave I would leave right now. It doesn't matter if you pay for parking, they tow your car and they don't take responsibility, they tell you that the water is included and after 2 months they start charging you for it, I don't think there is enough space to tell all the concerns. So for no reason do I recommend this condo

Horrible customer service: I live in a adjacent apartment complex separated by security fences and landscaping.
Their security is stickering our cars for parking violations. They are the ones trespassing. The Horrible customer service happens when you call the resident number after 5pm, it gives you options for Security or 24 hour maintenance.; When  you push the number you hear "That option doesn't exist!

I am very happy with everyone in this humanity as in the others for the excellent treatment and service, keep it up and it will always be nice

Rent is too high for a bedroom size apartment. I don’t even have money to eat!
