I lived here for 3 years with no problem ...
I lived here for 3 years with no problems. Maintenance services are great. Very peaceful. Management very helpful. Overall very positive experience. Would recommend to everyone to be honest. Rent affordable. Parking is never a problem. Very clean complex. Service animals welcomed.

Great service and very polite, also quick turn around. I usually make sure I go to ANY business with plenty of time BEFORE their closing time. People working have homes and families to go to, its rude to just show up at the last moment and want your things done now now now... I recommend this complex.

me and my family filled out the applicat ...
me and my family filled out the application and we was denied. We requested a copy of why and some of our information was not entered in Correctly by the lady at coquina. And of course there is no one we can speak to about this because there is only one person that is in the office. (which is her). She was very very rushy because they were about to close. This is not something you should rush especially when it involves other people’s money. You want to make sure that everything is done right and entered in correctly. I believe that they put who they want to put in their apartments.
