I have been living here for almost 3 years and month after month the water bill is very high for a 2-bedroom apartment and the bill is $200, not even a house can pay that. Now they say they don't know why there is so much water, there is surely a leak, they say they are going to send an email, it is a lie, this is a problem outside the apartment but they still make you pay. I am going to the office to talk, the manager who is the Everyone's boss is never here, the cell phone doesn't answer, they don't call me to tell me, they already responded to the email we sent, nothing, nothing, no solution. I tell them when they are going to solve the water problem and they say let's send an email to someone, I don't know why it never arrives. And there are other people who also complain about the high bill but when I ask others they get $60 worth of water. Now I have been without air A/C for a week, I cannot turn on the heather, the temperature has dropped to 50 degrees and my children and I wake up with a bad throat and stuffy nose. I asked them for a heather and it turns out that they don't have one and they are not able to tell We are going to get it for you, I have to wait until Friday to see if the A/C part arrives and I hope many read this and see the reality here in Resident Crystal Lake I pay my rent month by month without fail and they do this to me, it's not fair.

How do you actually speak with someone ? I stopped by no one was the office and it was during business hours ... can someone help.
