Residences at the Falls

The place is very quiet

Okay homes. But the front gate staff is awful

I have been living at Residences at The Falls for more than two years and it has been a great experience. This is a very safe, nice and calm place to live. The units and all the public areas are always in great condition. Everyone is always polite and very helpful Danny and his team, Alex from the office and the Security people, everybody is willing to help with any request or need that you might have and I have to highlight that the response time for any issue with the A/C or anything that needs to be fixed is always very short (less than three hours) which is not very common to find. This is a great place to live and I highly recommend it.

THE PLACE IS SUPER NICE AND EEVERYTHING BUT CONDO MANAGERS, AND I AM TALKING ABOUT ALEX, IS A "NO-MAN." YOU CAN MEET HIM AT ANY TIME WITH ANY COMPLAIN, AND ALL HE DOES IS "NO, NO, NO, THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT IT." I HAVE ALMOST 2 YEARS LEAVING IN THIS PLACE AND FOR SEVERAL REASONS WE HAVE TO GO TO THE OFFICE AND HE IS THE ONLY ONE GIVING US THIS ANSWER. THE OTHER ONES DO AN EFFORT TO HELP, BUT HIM.

I love the place, the apartments are beautiful and spacious, the maintenance is excellent. In short, I highly recommend it.

Feeling safe is not a problem here, security is always around whenever you need anything.

When choosing a place to live! …what I liked: The area is incredible, I fell in love with it. I recommend 100% good schools (Vineland K-8) and this extraordinary, cozy and incredible condominium “Residences at the Falls” where I lived for 5 years and I have to say goodbye!
Residences at the Falls was truly my home for me! I take with me countless memories where my daughters were very happy. Living here I found professional people willing to solve any problem or need. A very safe place to raise my daughters. Perfectly designed apartments, with beautiful common areas to enjoy with our children and everything, but everything very clean.
