The main office phone number itn't available. As resident family member unable to communicate with them directly. I could imagine how they communicate with the elderly people. Horrible

The buildings are finished EVERYTHING new and clean, green areas, gym, dining room, parking, elevators, washer dryers on the same floor VERY comfortable EXCELLENT!!

I currently live here. I am in the last building to be renovated. I have seen the completed apartments after renovation and they are GORGEOUS!!! My neighbors are great and the office personnel is EXCELLENT!!!! AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, IF YOU LOOK AT THE COST OF RENT IN MIAMI AND TO ONLY HAVE TO PAY 30% OF MY RETIREMENT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THE ARE TALKING ABOUT.

It seems like a strange place, like some neighborhoods in Guatemala, it gave me a very strange feeling being there. The place is wonderful but where it is located I don't think the same.
