DO NOT TRUST THIS BUILDING ! Parked in valet and had a bunch of things taken from my car, the front desk won’t help valet manger won’t help. Had to call the police and make a report, manger is definitely covering up for the employees

It's absolutely ridiculous. It's all about to rip off people. There's no way you're moving out with a return. They found the way to take your money. Read the contract it's very tricky. Also, it is very low class operation

Excellent place to live as a family, very close to the School Board station, 2 blocks from Biscayne Blvd, free public transportation service, also very close to the Adrienne Arsht Center, PerezArt Museum, Science Frost Museum, cafes, restaurants, pizzeria... gym , Pool and management attentive to any request.
