Romont South Condominium

My grandmother has lived there for years and I love visiting her there. She loves her community and they have a great pool and other amenities.

I’ve stayed here for five years. I wish i Can give them zero stars. The condos are okay and affordable  but the appliances are outdated. Management doesn’t care and barely speak English, so the communicating is nearly impossible if you don’t speak Spanish. Maintenance..I don’t even know if they have maintenance because I’ve paid for everything on my own.The parking is outrageous! People leave notes on your car saying it’s there parking spaces but the parking have no numbers . The only good thing is that you’re close to aventura mall and and Publix.
