If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I guess they can have the ONE because my rent was only 1350 and that’s only because I had an outdated unit. This apartment had termites galore! Especially during the summer or whenever you were cooking and using the oven for a good amount of time. They sent an exterminator out maybe twice, however nothing really helped because of the small air conditioner unit didn’t really cool the entire place that well. This apartment also had mold. In the bathroom behind the toilet and above the shower. I mentioned it multiple times because I was pregnant at the time I stayed there and they sent maintenance over. He was awesome but he only sprayed bleach on the mold which at the time made it appear to be gone but it returned maybe a month later. And last but DEFINITELY not least, they had maintenance working on the roof of my apartment without ANY notice. Early that morning While sleeping in the bed with my 3 month old infant at the time one of the ppl that was working on the roof leg literally came crashing through my ceiling causing nails, all type of insulation and debris that was in the ceiling and on top of the roof to fall on top of Me and MY INFANT. My baby face and neck was full of dirt and the insulation from the roof. Luckily the nails and other sharp stuff mainly landed on the headboard and on other parts of the bed. They didn’t accommodate me AT ALL. And guess who they left to clean up everything….. I decided to break my lease because of that and they still want a me to pay them. Do not move here!! Unless you enjoy chasing termites every summer or whenever you use your stove, don’t mind being hot because the AC is trash or don’t mind being treated badly when their faulty property causes inconveniences or possibly harm you or your family. Why I stayed so long? It was my first apartment away from my family and it was affordable at the time. But definitely not worth risking my baby’s safety.
