Absolutely Terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could. Called the property several times because of a mix up with the booking and NEVER received a call back despite many voicemails. Worst experience in my lifetime

My family and I lived at Royal Colonial for going on 2 years and had Monica as our personal property manager through Investments limited for almost 4 years. We can not speak enough on how much Monica has done for us, from making sure we were happy and maintenance was done to the process of moving to multiple locations she has been amazing. At RC specifically German was exceptional and such a huge help with the improvements when he took over maintenance. They treated us like they truly cared and made us feel like family, one of the main reasons why we have rented from Investments for 5 years now.

Nice location but very old building. can also hear loud bells from the draw bridge every 20 minutes inside your apartment all hours of the day.   Much better deals for the price.

Monica & German have been extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly making my living experience at Royal Colonel Boca a great place to call home.  From the pool, intercostals views and constant maintenance to make this  property the best for all of their residents I highly recommend to all family, friends and future residence looking to live in this community.

I’ve lived at Royal Colonial for almost a year now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The people are kind, Soledad (the property manager) is very hardworking, and the maintenance staff (Edwin) is so helpful as well. Out of everywhere I’ve lived, this is by far my favorite place. The view is amazing, the cleanliness is spot on, and the community /  vibes are great. Very glad I found this place. Perfect for single people, older people, younger people, or families.. perfect for anyone! ❤️

I have been a resident at the Royal colonial apartments for two years now, it’s a beautiful well-maintained apartment building, located on the inter-coastal about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Most of the apartments have balconies that overlook the inter-coastal and  pool/ jacuzzi area. I’m on the top floor with a beautiful view. A few of the other residents and myself were having an issue with an inconsiderate neighbor, the management addressed the situation and took care of it appropriately. All the other residents here are friendly, considerate and get along well. The property manager is amazing, the service/maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and the maintenance men are friendly and cooperative. I’d give the building a 5 star rating.

Great spot! Highly recommend. Everyone is nice and staff is great.
