I am extremely disappointed with Camden Apartments’ management regarding the unjust parking fine I was forced to pay. Despite paying my parking fee regularly, my car was locked simply because my parking sticker had unknowingly fallen off. Instead of checking my license plate or payment records, management chose to issue a fine. I have reached out multiple times, both in writing and in person, to explain the situation, yet they refused to resolve the issue and unfairly placed the full responsibility on me. They had the power to assist but deliberately chose not to. As a result, I was left with no choice but to pay an unfair fine, and this entire experience has made it clear that the management lacks proper customer service and problem-solving skills.
Additionally, the walls between apartments are extremely thin, making it impossible to have any privacy. I can hear my neighbor’s conversations, movements, and even their TV at all hours, which is highly disturbing.
If you are considering moving to Camden Apartments, I strongly advise you to think twice, as the management has proven to be unhelpful and dismissive when it comes to resident concerns. Given the high rent prices, I expected a much more professional and customer-oriented approach, but unfortunately, they fell far short of those expectations.

John helped us through the ENTIRE application process. We were in North Dakota while John was in Boca. Out of state applications are not easy. But, John was guiding us through the process every step of the way. He was so patient & kind and handled a lot of troubleshooting problems with the internet. Im so thankful to John!
