Royal Oaks Condominium

I learned from a co-worker some one rented a 1/1  so I stop by to see how's the environments and the unit, the gentleman asking $1800 for 1 bedr it is really a large space great area and parking spots are great there & also for guest, I was interested as my lease will be done soon, what pissed me the most the Landlord said he can't wait must rent it as soon possible, we'll I told him I can't not leave my unit until my leae over because my two months deposit is important and I respect this contract I signed I don't play around with rules and paper's signed, then he said it is not a problem I could moved out it is not a problem, well I realized this is really unprofessional and danm and greedy and ignorant landlord for money's I don't get it and I am not broken my lease at all also for a 1bedr 1bathr $1800 no way jose, also I don't liked how he handle business I am not going back there and waiste again my gasoline. In my life I live and respect the LAW.& I am not gonna break the LAW, rules & regulations must follow & respect so I just exit myself  this non sense reaction ideas opinions from this deal, in my life i did everything right, words must keeped and my credit & background is super important.

I HAVE LIVED IN THIS CONDOMINIUM FOR NINE YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN PROBLEMS, IT IS A VERY QUIET AND HEALTHY PLACE TO LIVE...

It is an excellent condominium to live very quiet....

This condominium needs a lot of TLC. Walls cracking, dirty

Don't buy an apartment in this place, we don't have security, we don't have clean, we pay high maintenance fees, we have terrible management and we still have our cars vandalized and stolen, at the first opportunity that appears I'm leaving and going to a better place.
