Fox Chase Condominium

Starting from 3am to 6am every hour there is a loud banging that the whole building hears and wakes us all up scared. This has been going on for over a year now and nothing has been done about it.

Let me tell you how I have been living here for over 22 years.. since I was born and let me tell you that last 2-5 years have been the worse since Covid came about . My mother owns the house and they charge her “maintenance fees” which is absolutely fine. But what are those fees going towards… the apartment complex is almost always dirty, I’ve never seen this complex 100% cleaned before as in paper,trash in the parking lot etc. workers (cleaning lady’s) are rude and do not care about the complex just that they have a “job”
Let me say how the maintenance fees was $100 2 years ago now it’s at $350…
JOSE(MANAGER)(ASSOCIATION MANAGER) now this guy he is literally the worst.
Only looks out for himself but doesn’t even live here. Dosent comply with anyone or hears anyone out , instead chooses to argue . My tires have gotten slashed here before . For leaving my car in a guest parking. I told the manager he said “you have to handle it yourself”
DO NOT . I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN .

I have called numerous times but no one answers or returns calls or emails.

Is a shame that such a great building that at one time was the talk of the town!! Its in such terrible condition. The maintenance is down to "O", the cleaning could not be any worst!! I have to agree w/other reviews!! This condo has change 4 the worst!! Usually the renters come & dont care about the rules & regulations!!! It all comes down to poor management!! I hope we can take our building back to its original beauty. It used to be great to live here now its a Nightmare!!! It feels like we live in Cuba not the USA, manager restricts everything we do!!. Insist on having the same people on the board!! That he has had for 20some yrs, nothing gets done!! Every yr its the same board members that get nominated!! Sure if he make copies & pass them out to people that is the only way that happens!! Its all the DBPR's fault 4 not enforsing the laws to benefit the condo owners & the legislators 4 not stand out for the owners!!! Now we have to pay 109.00 more a month, to keep a bunch of useless guards that don't do their jobs. Maint & cleaning steal our money because they don't want to work!! But leave early everyday, & nothing gets done.....
