The worst condo you can live in. The managers are just looking for ways to do business with the tow truck people, you can't even sleep peacefully because you don't know how you're going to wake up here because they torture you psychologically. Personally, I have had 4 cars towed and I have been living there for 8 years. They only tell you that it is a violation and when you write to them or call the association to give you a reason for the violation, no one answers you. The lack of respect is very great. here . They have no mercy and the most beautiful thing is that the entire condominium is full of violations that blind people do to avoid seeing. I just hope that one day the whole truth and the damage they do to the residents comes to light. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE 🤮🤮🤮

Presidents have sold themselves to Associations and all the money has been stolen and embezzled, leaving fines and problems that have not yet been resolved such as roofs and green areas... apathetic neighbors who do not know how to defend their rights, a real chaos... do not invest

It is very quiet, friendly neighbors, it has security cameras, the pool has one parking lot for the 2-bedroom apartments and 2 parks for the 3-bedroom apartments, it has temporary parking, but they are kept busy all the time by people who have more than two cars, that's what bad thing about that condo

Depressing

Horrible associations and board.  Gone through multiple associations even had a recent physical altercation that drove away yet another association. Every president has been involved in stealing money everytime. This has been going on for years. Don't rent or buy. Bad bad investment. 0 stars.
