Very clean and timely

This place smells like dog poop all the time and it makes the whole street smell like dog poop. The maintenance team is great but they should consistently empty the dog poop trash bins throughout the day and not just in the morning; At least once every two hours. This is also a public health concern. Also who wants to live in a "luxury" apartment that always smells like dog poop!?

Bad customer service, appoinment at 12:30 and only one person to serve. I asked for access to the bathroom and he was not kind enough to assist me when all the doors were closed.

I lived in this building for 4 years.  It started off well and the building had 24-hour security then when management changed, everything started to go down hill.  There were residents that would steal packages.  Moving out was a disaster.  For my last month's rent, my account showed the full balance even though I was set to move out on the 17th and it was not prorated.  I spoke to the office about paying the correct amount.  Rubiel assisted me, but couldn't use the form of payment in my account which was an inconvenience.  Then they put a notice on my door claiming I didn't pay the rent.  They then said it was in error.  Upon moving out, I was told my apartment was in immaculate condition and would receive my full deposit return.  Then Rubiel proceeds to send me an itemization of my deposit claiming damage to the apartment.  When I inquired about it, oh sorry we sent you the wrong itemization.  The correct itemization sent to me had deductions for September fees even though I moved out in August.  Rubiel explained I was responsible for these.  Never in my life have I lived in a building where I had to pay fees for months after my lease ended!  It's now been 4 months since I've moved out and have yet to receive my deposit.  They keep giving me the run around claiming it's been sent.  Rubiel is unresponsive to my messages and now the office won't even answer the phone when I call.  I've escalated this up to RAM.  Do not move into this building as they do not adhere to their side of the contractual agreement and it will be more of a headache to you.  I'm glad I left when I did.  All the long-term residents left this year due to the new management.  Andrea was an amazing Property Manager and they should really consider finding employees similar to the customer service she provided.
