The truth is that the place is a HORROR AND A SCARY ACCOMMODATION, there is no security at all since the door locks are all rotten and the handle is broken. Also in the room there are no glasses, cutlery, kitchen or microwave. There is only a mini refrigerator.
In the bathroom they only give you 2 towels to bathe but we are 4 people
The TV doesn't work either and there is no Wi-Fi, since in the year 2025 there is an internet connection everywhere.
On the other hand, the attention of the people who work here is terrible, when you arrive they serve you with bad disposition and you never find anyone when you need a solution.
Parking is not included and they make you pay

The place for this location is terrible, nothing like the photos, neglected, there were no towels, the place smells bad

Location is central to a few things but the service and the rooms are subpar and on top of everything else NO WIFI!!!

Make sure you read the reviews.. it was dirty front desk was very rude you couldn't tell if it was a motel or just an office space when you walked in half of it's not even open I would recommend the Ramada inn down the road what a great stay..

Lousy, horrendous, bad, stinking, terrible, any negative qualifying adjective perfectly describes it. We made a reservation for takeoff, we arrived at the place and no one opened the door for us, I entered the complex, I arrived at the office and it was closed, I called the numbers indicated and they never answered, I had to go to sleep with my children and my wife on the airport floor since everything in the city was full, in addition to the fact that our reservation was confirmed and paid for, terrible experience, if you want to ruin your vacation this is the right place.

The location is excellent, but the front desk staff are not very friendly and seem unpleasant. When we arrived to check in, there was an issue with the fire alarm in the room we were supposed to stay in, and the alarm was so loud that it was impossible to remain in the room. We went to the front desk, where the staff responded unfriendly and did not offer to change the room on their own. Only after we insisted were they willing to move us to a different room. Additionally, the resort fees were not included in the price, and there was no clear indication of them at the time of booking.

These people are beyond unprofessional. I booked the room with my dad's card because he wanted us to be able to celebrate our Anniversary. All they needed to do was use the card we booked with. I ended up having to use almost all my spending money I had for the trip to pay for the room because he wasn't here. The rooms are filthy and I booked the room for 4, and they didn't even put 4 towels or pillows in the room. Then they look at you like you are asking too much when you ask for them to accommodate the room for 4. Rooms: Gross and doesn't even accommodate the number of people booked. I booked for 4 and there was only 3 pillows and 2 towels in the room. This place is pretty scummy. The pool was nasty, and didn't even have chairs inside the pool enclosure.
