Worst condo in Sunny Isles, and Miami in general. No ac in hallways, non existent managers, smell of trash, cockroaches everywhere, flooding in parking after half an hour rain, elevators always broken… The list can continue, nothing is good about this building

As positive points there is surely the position and the ease of the services. I went to visit my sister one month, there were some problems that were not easily resolved at the hydraulic level, but we saw the repair company working until Sundays to solve against the clock. The comfortable pool and the top grill area!
