Beautiful condominium building in Sunny Isles. Went to a Baby shower in the building's party room. Didn't go into apartments. Plenty of ocean views. Valet parking. Staff friendly, professional.

Their management is absolutely laughable. I used their valet service and under their care my side mirror was severely damaged the company refuses to take responsibility even after I provided an estimate. They never reached out with an insurance information or any sort of communication at all this ordeal has gone on for TWO MONTHS and still have yet to receive any insurance information, claim or report. This association actively avoids guests and residents with any issues they have. Do yourself a favor and take you business elsewhere.
