Oceania 1 is a great place -- if you don't mind constant drilling/construction noise; this place has to be the noisiest building in Sunny Isles Beach/on Collins. Unfortunately, I moved back here under the wrong impression of how much construction is going on (completely misled/lied to), and now I'll have to pay for that mistake for months (ugh!) ONLY move here if you don't have to be in your apartment at all between 8:30am-4pm, M-F
DO NOT MOVE TO OCEANIA 1 -- it is DRILLING NON-STOP UNTIL 2024 - do NOT trust anyone who says anything different about the noise/construction.

It is an excellent place, I have been living here for 2 months and the service is excellent, the restaurant staff is very good, Fritz, Alcira, Lautaro, Jessica, all the workers are polites, the beach service is very good, the workers are very attentive, the facilities always clean and in order, the condominium office is always attentive to the comfort of owners and tenants
