Santa Clara II Apartments

As you can see the manager name under this building is lorena Gomez and funny enough she writes a review herself giving the building credibility but in fact is just shows you how fake and abusive this people are.do not believe the comments that are supposedly positive. Just check the rest of the reviews and there are mostly negative reviews because of how lorena Gomez the manager operates like. I'm gladly living somewhere else  and I can feel the difference between other manager and her .I do not  recommend santa clara. If you want proof go to the other comments and review

I love this community! With the renovations, it is like a breath of fresh air.

A building in a good location, many places of interest to go; the train station within walking distance; very convenient; sadly the last between 2 to 3 years; the administration: especially the manager of this place: it is a disaster; the building was neglected : the elevators are always broken and the residents have to climb stairs (up to 17 floors? the office is closed all the time; the woman is never available to the resident; bad attitude; rude: without the slightest hint of empathy; and has co poured that building into a knot of incredible and detestably unprecedented NEPOTISM; it has removed many people who were up to 15 and 16 years old living there to bring in their friends and family; the woman is a despot with a lot of abuse of power: people handle themselves with very afraid to make a complaint etc; I hope the day comes when they change the management. so that Santa can go back to what it was before: harmonious with kind and empathetic people and the main thing: with a lot of PROFESSIONAL ETHICS.

Good afternoon, I am a boy who lives with my grandmother in the Santa Clara 2 building. Unfortunately, the management and administration of this building is incompetent and very rude in providing service to its residents, especially the worker and manager LORENA GOMEZ, who does not have even the slightest professional ethics, being rude to the point of responding to her, one cannot request help or assistance in the building because their answer is simply IF YOU DO NOT THINK YOU CAN GO AND RENT ELSEWHERE I think that the building has a lot of capacity so that one can have a quiet and clean home but with the management of this manager I do not see that the problems its residents can be resolved

I've visited this place and just went I get to my friends door I hear a load roar with extreme provocative slurs. I couldn't believe it . Later I found out she was the manager lorena making a commotion as a such "professional ". I never visited my friend again. Made the building look bad.

If there were half a star I would give it that score; a building located in a good location; near the train station; and many points of interest; everything nearby; but unfortunately; the last two years it has been a disaster of a building with respect to the administration; mistreatment of the resident: a lack of consideration; The manager of this place does not know what PROFESSIONAL ETHICS is; an extraordinary ordinariness and NEPOTISM that exists in this place; and with no hope of stopping that lady who does and undoes, that is her supposedly boss or regional is its same sister...and then from there no complaints from the residents go away; building with 90% of the time only damaged elevators, dirty stairs, the office closed all the time and if they are... it is a chicken coop enters and leaves the same relatives and the problems are aired even in the same hallway; it is of no use to "REMODEL" when you have to start because the owners PURGE of the incompetence and disorder that exists in that misnamed "OFFICE" that is like painting a house and inside it is a garbage dump: when that staff changes then Santa Clara will begin to be a good building; many residents are afraid and out of fear they do not raise their voices; many residents aged 14, 15, up to 16 years living in that building, were expelled by this woman with little or NO professional ethics: empathy and respect for people.

I extremely do not recommend living here under the management of Lorena. the residents are being kicked out so Lorena people can come and live in the building. I've heard rumors that she was arrested due to criminal activity with . I'm not surprised. Do not trust the response they do with each reviews they just talk and make no changes because there purpose is to take advantage of people. They will trap you in order for you to pay fees for supposedly violating rules.its a total communist operation that is upset with man in general evidently. This is not a hate review but the truth so that people are aware before entering this building. You will be surveiled by the people she let live in the building that are related to her. .if you want to make deals and contracts with the devil then live in Santa Clara as Lorena as manager. They discreetly run money operation with residents and future resident's so be careful and do not fall for it. I recommend fighting and standing your ground as an american and don't let them bully you

Dirty building and poor management, the manager is unpleasant with a lot of abuse of power, she always has the office closed, meeting with her entire family that she has there, she has evicted many people, good residents for more than a decade, terrible management of this woman who She is pedantic and hateful to the residents. If they are renovating the building, they should also put in a new manager and office staff and the elevators are always broken. I do not recommend this place. Terrible administration; plagued by cockroaches and they never open the office. They never pick up the phone.

terrible. i have lived here for 3 years now and this place is absolutely AWFUL. first of all, i would just like to say that every apartment here is roach infested. when i first moved here, there were roaches everywhere. when i mean everywhere, i literally mean in every little crevice you could think of. over the past 3 years, i’ve seen quite a bit of them. i am a clean freak & clean my apartment everyday. my husband helps me & does it himself as well, we mop frequently, never miss a spot, never leave food out, stay organized .. like all you could think of. AND STILL, I SEE SOME TO THIS DAY. they are relatively small, and i had have to put numerous roach traps all over my apartment. they aren’t a consistent problem because like i said, i’m clean. but still, at first when i moved in, they were very annoying. clearly this is a maintenance problem and they never do anything about it. another thing that is extremely annoying is HOW OFTEN THE ELEVATORS BREAK. every single day it feels like the elevator breaks. for reference, i’m 23 & have 2 kids. one is a few months old, and the other is a toddler. i am a surgical resident, and i have to bring them to work with me every single day except for the days when my husband or mother/mil do not work. it is a constant struggle waiting for the elevator, especially because i live on the 16th floor. it takes 10 minutes, and another 10 minutes because it stops on every single floor. at times BOTH elevators have been broken & i had to take 16 flights of stairs down to the garage. the wifi is also terrible, i’m writing this right now on cellular data because it is the only thing that works. it disconnects extremely OFTEN. im a resident, i work in a hospital making minimum wage because surgical residents do not make as much the first year. my husband is a construction worker & he is the only reason as to why i am holding out hope. i am so grateful to be leaving this place next month with my babies & husband, definitely wasn’t worth it. (ps: you absolutely cannot forget about the construction workers [no hate towards them, they work very hard & are very sweet] knocking at your door to be let in because maintenance wants to make ‘changes’. this is supposed to be a HOME and SAFE SPACE. do better.) IF YOU HAVE KIDS, PLEASE MOVE ELSEWHERE. THE NEIGHBORs ARE VERY LOUD AS WELL.

The truth is that I have had a very bad experience with the administration of this building, also mentioning that it is a dirty and disorganized building.
