Incredible building and incredible staff..I had the honor of meeting a young man named Adrian Torres who was clearly loved by many residents I encountered upon my tour there. I’m excited to start my new chapter in Miami and I couldn’t be more grateful and confident that I will have an amazing experience!

I had a Great experience being introduce to the caoba family. Adrian is the star of the show explaining everything I needed to know about caoba. Very informative and the face of the company. I definitely will recommend anyone looking for a place to live would be here. They have all the amenities needed plus more.

The building itself is a bit like a puzzle - sometimes you have to twist and turn to find your way around, but it keeps things interesting. This leasing team is amazing tho, they are easily the best leasing managers Miami has to offer. Couldn't recommend them more.

I have to say Adrian Torres did add to my reasons why moving to Caoba. He has been very attentive and helpful all the way. Not even mentioning his great energy and charisma. I been looking for a place for a while and it had to be perfect and I believe I wound it.

I absolutely love this building. Great community, nice neighborhood, where I feel safe. I relocated from San Francisco, originally moved into a studio, and just recently needed to upgrade to a 3-bedroom. Kristin made the process super simple and seamless for me. The GM, Roxana is great, and the renovations are going to be spectacular. Really appreciate the investment back into the building. Great building! Neighborhood is going to be wonderful and looking forward to living here for a while!
