Spend a week, the swimming pool is very well installed I take fines, there is perhaps a little lack of deck chairs. The people working there are very welcoming. The building was under renovation which is welcome since it was missing a refresh. Very good overall. Direct access to the beach is a great advantage.

A perfect place for ocean front living or visiting. The property is well maintained, has 24 hour securIty and valet parking. A lovely Olympic sized pool and beach access.

We stayed and everything was very comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff. The location is great. Opposite there is a place owned by Argentinians who sell delicious things!!

Great location! Walk past the pool with ...
Great location! Walk past the pool with new lounge chairs to get to the beach. The access to the beach is a private locked gate so don't forget your keyfob. The Apt I rented had beach views from every room. Cross the intercoastal bridge (walk or drive) and all the shopping you need is right there. Half mile to the Hollywood beach boardwalk, 15min drive to the Hard Rock casino. There is construction going when I was there, but it looks like they're near completion soon. Can't wait to go back
