Sea Haven Condominium

My son and his family have lived there for the past 5 years. They love it, as do I. The complex is always kept neat and clean. The elevators and common areas have been updated to meet required standards and to increase safety and security. Also, for security reasons, entrance doors and elevators are kept locked at all times. Doors and windows were upgraded to impact glass a couple of years ago. But, one of the very best things about Sea Haven is that it is like a friendly neighborhood—everyone cares for and watches over one another. That's awesome!

Great job to our board

I am currently a Board Member at Sea Haven. The location of this building is amazing. Only a few blocks to the beach and it has a beautiful Marina with Intercoastal and ocean access for boaters.   The building is going through a long overdue renovation and is about a year into construction as a write this.   The renovation is primarily due to the 40 and 50 year certification.   Some of the renovations include new roofs, all new elevators, concrete restoration including new catwalks, Lanai balcony and screens as well as new glass railings. Electrical and fire safety updates are also being upgraded.

A beautiful place to live!

This is a lovely community.  My parents have a condo unit and have been snow birds for years.  The people are extremely friendly and have many activities for owners to attend.  Pool area backs up to causeway where you can get a boat slip. Walk over the bridge to the beautiful shore.  I cannot say enough good things about this place.  So many cherished memories spent here.
