Excellent staff and beautiful location.

Older fifteen story building. Special and regular high yearly assessments. Small pool for many residents. Small but clean facilities for bathroom shower and sauna. Popcorn ceilings, low square footage condos. Dingy narrow hallways. Much construction going on  and more needed. Great views, in certain condos. Direct beach access, two electric charging stations. Access to car washing. Only two outside grills. Concierge desk. Fob access at all doors. Some covered parking spots. No common laundry rooms. Laundry in unit, unfortunately in the kitchen.  If you purchase $$$$ an older unit, prepare to renovate$$$!

a very shabby old building. Quite dirty, poorly cleaned. The building staff is far from the nicest. I know some of the residents here, they are impudent careless people who only think about themselves, I would never want to have such neighbors
