Soleste SeaSide

Zulay gave me a tour and it was literally the best, she was so cool and she made me feel right at home. When I move I’m looking for this building just because she was so nice!

Excellent facilities, with very new modern building, the location/environment was very pleasant, Lisa Muñoz, was the excellent woman who helped me by showing me the facilities and with explaining the entry process for my apartment, she is quite a very attentive and trustworthy person, she is also very interested in helping and provides solutions to her clients, thank you very much; highly recommended.

This property is the epitome of excellence. I have experienced professionalism throughout the entire leasing process and move-out process. If you're ever looking to lease in a luxury community, this is it.

This apartment complex was the worst decision I could have ever made. The amenities like the sauna are always out of service. The Amazon delivery drivers never know where to deliver the packages. The cell service in the building is horrible. There’s no service in the gym and the community wifi never works. Additionally, the stairways leak every time it rains, making me question the integrity of the entire building. Worst of all, maintenance is impossible to reach. I was locked out of my apartment one night when the app for the electronic lock wasn’t working and I tried 4 different numbers that were all rerouted to people who could not help me. I’m very disappointed in the way this apartment is managed and their choice of technology, from the door lock system to the portal for rent payment.

Toured a unit, surprisingly there was roaches   inside, in a new building. Also, no matter how good your credit score is or not credit score or if you don’t have a social security, only $99 deposit to move in, so basically anyone moves in, with no proper screening.

A very nice property, everything new, spectacular amenities, spacious apartments but the best of all is when you go and they serve you with such kindness to give you information and everything related to the building. Thanks to Lisa Muñoz for your excellent service, one of the best leasing agents, look for her to rent your new home in this spectacular building!

This is a great community with very friendly staff .The common areas are very well kept and the property well maintained. Lisa Muñoz, took her time to answer me every single question that I had. I am in love with this new apartment building
