Serenity On the River

A very quiet and clean building. The apartments are large and at a good price.

Ive been living here for almost 2 years . The views of the pool and my condo are beautiful. No noises or rude people. A gym that is fairly usable. Few minutes to the highway and major outlets... There's  a group that is always loud, and has  to yell to talk because the music is so loud ..But several problems with this building.  First the gate and elevator are either not working or gate is broken with safety issues. And the landscape of the  side entrance  is sad and smells like cat poop not to mention the rest of the building, but every other day I hear at the crack of dawn a lawn mower or leaf blowers in the building. There are no full bushes, all are sad, dead plants. There's  a new mgmt and as of yet it's still the same , no change! Pls do better.!!!!!  overall is   a beautiful building , just needs cosmetics upgrades to make it even more inviting!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT RENT FROM CONDO. I signed a one year lease with (J.C. Pino) He wrongfully took my security deposit without any proper paperwork on why he kept it. Elevator were always broke. Gym is not up to date. Not worth the price.

Do not rent not buy there. I owned a unit few years. Works in hallway last for years, management doesn't care about anything, just good to take your money. Noisy people everyday in the swimming pool. Sad for a nice building along Miami River.

A very nice place. Nice staff. A beautiful view of the Miami River. I highly recommend it.
