Shalimar at Davie

In a time where customer service lags and almost everyone engrossed and on their phones when they should be helping their clients; Jason comes in like a hero.  100% on point even beyond his time to leave the office.  Totally impressed.

The maintenance was responsive, the apartments were well maintained. They were vigilant about removing the dog feces left by the dog owners. We lived there for 2 years, and moved when the pricing kept increasing, however this place will always hold a a fond place in our memories.

It’s very rare to find an apartment community that genuinely cares about their tenants, but Shalimar is that hidden gem. The maintenance and leasing staff are efficient and amazing. The community is super clean. They power wash the floors and common areas every month, they have free coffee/tea available for residents in their clubhouse, they host holiday events. I could go on forever. I’ve been living here since 2022, and I feel so proud to be able to call this community my home.

Lori C. is a recent addition to the Shalimar Management team. After living here for 4 years- I can confidently say she is amazing and goes above and beyond. It’s not about the money to her, but about making sure your needs are met appropriately. She really helps you throughly and shows you all your options. I love the effort and dedication she has. 10/10 🤩

Such a great place to live! Very conveniently located near a Target and a Publix. Close to Turnpike and 595. What’s nice is it away from most of the main traffic and yet you’re able to get so many places easily! Me and my husband moved here a few years ago and have been very happy with the quiet atmosphere.  We even signed the lease without seeing the unit! The property maintenance team is fantastic and so kind. They are truly the stars of the property!
Great amenities! One and only complaint is that the pool isn’t heated… but luckily we live in sunny Florida and that’s not a major issue.

I moved here a month ago and I must say that this apartment community top tier. The rental staff are really amazing, and courteous. The maintenance staff comes in a timely manner when called upon. The grounds are well kept. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. And the the community is very quiet. So far the best apartment community I have lived in since moving to the Miami area.

Shalimar at Davie is beautiful, modern, and has a peaceful vibe. It always feels like a safe space for children & pets. The office staff are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to lend a hand or answer any questions. I would recommend Shalimar at Davie to anyone looking for a great living experience :)
