I definitely give 5 stars to this community: very beautiful community with a nice swimming pool and gym, all the employee who work in the office (Marlene, Adam, Chris, Hannah and  also Nimoska at the reception) are always very helpful and professional and all of them, they helped me a lot during my transfer. Mrs. Marlene , the property manager is super nice, helpful and professional and always willing to help and I want to say big thank you to her and also a big thank you to Adam who helped me a lot during my transfer.

if you’re an NSU student DONT MOVE IN HERE, it looks great and seems like a dream until it’s not. The WiFi, cell service, water pressure, and laundry machines/appliances are all subpar. The parking policy is a joke and clearly a money grab! They expect residents to park on the 3rd to 7th floors while shopping patrons get priority 1-2 floor and the parking directly in front of the apartments!!
I do not feel comfortable knowing strangers can park right in front of my window!! While I, a resident paying thousands of dollars a year, have to fight for a parking spot on the 6th floor of the parking lot!!!  It’s pathetic how shopping patrons get priority over RESIDENTS.

Don’t live here , this people are liars! They get to control how many cars you’re allowed to have and we’ll tow your car for no reason…. They overcharge you for a small studio and everything is cheap and disgusting don’t be fooled by the looks of the exterior!!

The worst living experience I’ve ever had. Starting with the construction. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful exterior, the insides are cheaply made with bedrooms the size of a closet and no storage. Now let’s talk about roommates. If you don’t have anybody to room with and cannot afford to get a one bedroom or studio, good luck. There is no roommate matching system.   They paired me with a roommate who made me fear leaving my bedroom due to her constantly yelling profanities at me and threatening me, simply because I have a dog and she does not like animals. Additionally, in my two years living here, as a 20/21 year old, I was paired with roommates 10+ years my elder. When bringing up my concerns of well-being and safety, they were only offered to be rectified by management if I had chosen to renew my lease. This is after 2 years of being a loyal resident (not by choice but by financial obligation).
Being promoted as student living, this place is far from safe for a student. Pairing young adults with people much older and not addressing concerns for one’s safety is unacceptable. I went to the leasing office bawling my eyes out with anxiety just to be told by management to avoid my roommate.
I have lived in two other student living apartments and have NEVER had the problems I faced here. If you want cheap living near campus, this is a great option. If you want a safe and quality living situation, I advise you look elsewhere.
