Sheridan Lake Club Condominiums

The worst place I have ever lived in in the entire United States, the most racist people in the world, just because we are dark in color, have made our lives impossible, mainly the association and among them the person in charge of maintenance to the point that they watch over me and are watching who he enters and leaves my house I feel harassed I am in a period of gestation and I swear that I owe my emotional stress to these people they only outrage those who live here I do not recommend it to anyone luckily I am almost leaving... I only tell those who have thought come to live aka if you are Latinos don't do it and people of color much less

I give one star to the manager of the association in the condominium is a old white guy grumpy and racist all his care about is white  Americans or Canadian and he not either one, is other immigrant from Russia I believe. but his attitude and profiling people specially if you're make this place terrible.thanks God I leaving soon.

My sister lives here. Nice apartments, quite sound proofed. The neighbors are friendly, the pool is clean, the public areas well maintained. The only two major inconvenience are:
1.there's no peatonal passage to Sheridan, the only way out is through the narrow lanes shared by cars and pedestrians. I often have to use it with a toddler and a stroller with a baby, and it is really dangerous,  because entering cars have to speed to leave the intersection with Sheridan.  There is one passage in the concrete wall, but it has been closed by a rectangular (power maybe?) Control unit. So you will be living in a convenient area, at walking distance from Walmart,  publix, other shopping center,  but it is risky to walk in and out of it.
2. It floods tremendously,  and once it stops raining,  it still receives all the water collected in Sheridan st, so they have to pump water away.  Some times it is not enough.

Very nice buildings, very clean, BUT unfortunately the guy from administration kicked me and my family out from the pool area as we were criminals, disrespected my mother and my wife and threatened us with the police with a racist attitude even though we were invited visitors and the owner of the apartment were with us.
