Nice and super functional building. Direct access to the sea from the pool, beautiful view from the balcony, it has a gym, games room and 24-hour reception.  Super convenient location, a few meters from a recently opened Publix, a couple of blocks from Walmart and many places to eat nearby. I recommend it!

The location is great, the 1-bedroom apartments have the advantage of also having a toilet and are very spacious. Highly recommended!! I would go again!!!

The building is in very good condition, has a games room, swimming pool and direct access to the beach! The apartment we rented on Airbnb was spectacular!

We have rented the 6th floor for 8 nights. I mean it was a very ugly vacation. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirt near the refrigerator stove. We couldn't believe they were even sprouting up behind the bed. I have everything filmed and photographed. The building staff is very attentive. I read later that the 12th floor also posted and commented on the number of cockroaches.
They appeared out of nowhere! And there was no repellent to control that THEY DID NOT APPEAR!!
Disaster is an understatement, those vacations.
