Society Las Olas

I have to say, this place is incredible. Everyone has the best attitude. However, nobody shines more than Olivia. So shout out to her. That said, yes, you will have to deal with the railroad noise and the partiers. But that’s what makes it really cool and you’ll have to get over it :-) it’s the perfect place for me. Next. A shout out to Aryana in the package room. Oh my goodness. I shipped 50 packages via UPS instead of a moving truck and she was beyond incredible. She’s also helped me with everything you could think of since I moved in. One person is simply better than the next. If you were thinking of moving here, I highly recommend it.

I’ve been living at Society for over a year and by far the best maintenance man I’ve had any encounter with is Johnathan. Having him come to our unit to fix something or even running into him in the hallways or elevator is always a pleasant experience he’s very nice, attentive, and always ready to help.

Living at Society has plenty of perks. Awesome pool, great views and lots of resident activities. The best part is the amazing staff. From the front desk to the maintenance man everyone is always so eager to help. But I want to shine a light on Johnathan, he’s been to my unit a few times to check things out and do regular maintenance. He’s very helpful, easy to talk to, honestly just a nice person overall. By far the best maintenance man I’ve encountered

Great experience with the Society team helping me out with my move across the country. Very nice Worth to stay.

As a former resident, I must highlight the profound disregard of the management team at Society Las Olas for residents' well-being. They prioritized profits over people, as evidenced by their reckless mishandling of financial matters. During my last month, they mistakenly applied another resident's payment to my account, leaving me unable to cover rent and utilities. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the issue, the financial department remained unresponsive until late January, consistently changing the owed amount. Even after presenting proof of payment to Chris Ballapiatt, the community manager, he ignored my concerns and escalated the matter, preventing me from disputing the claim directly. This indifference to residents' concerns and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Furthermore, their failure to acknowledge a tragic incident where a resident passed away on the premises, merely closing the pool for a brief period and sending a routine notice, demonstrates their callousness. The management's blatant disregard for residents' well-being and their sole focus on profit make them unworthy of recommendation. Very disgusting not to acknowledge residents', let alone a resident's death. Society Las Olas makes too much money off residents to not even acknowledge that person or what happened to them. By observing how this management team acts, especially this community manager Chris Ballapiatt, whom I assume is the head of the office, I am definitely not surprised. I would not recommend.
