Soleil Condo Association

I have been living in Soleil for 6 years and I recommended it PAST TIME, because last Friday, August 23, 2024, I came down from my apartment and was surprised that my NEW CAR HAS BEEN TOWED FROM MY OWN RESERVED/PRIVATE SPOT since when I arrived at night THE security guard WAS NOT THERE to give me a pass and I WAS TOO TIRED TO WAIT FOR HIM I APPEARED, I wrote VERY KINDLY to the manager of the condominium, Mr. Edwin, and his response was that they are being more strict (THANK YOU FOR NOTHING), so I tell them WITHOUT NOTIFICATION, WITHOUT Warning, THE CARS ARE TAKING AWAY with cranes so that the next day the person has to pay up to $200 to be able to remove it (very suspicious when this has never happened), I did not get HELP from either the manager or the PRESIDENT OF THE ASSOCIATION. So I tell you if you visit SOLEIL it is dangerous to leave your cars parked in this place. Unfortunately I will leave with a bad experience and will no longer live in this condo! BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
