The pool is never useful. The children's playground is also useless. There is dog poop everywhere. The people of the Association are not friendly at all. It does not have parking for visitors. In short, I don't recommend it.

The front door is open for anyone to enter. They say that they keep the pool closed to avoid having to do maintenance. There are almost no parking spaces for visitors. The first week of living here they stole my bicycle and they didn't want to let me see the cameras....It is very expensive for the low quality of the condominium.

If you are planning to move to this Condominium you have to know that the Association and the Dictatorship of Cuba are the same. I have never lived in a place where Association workers treat their residents so badly. If someone plans to visit you, they cannot even park in the parking spaces that you, as a resident or owner, are paying for because each car that is there has to have a sticker issued by them, otherwise it may be towed. They have very few parking spaces for visitors and after 12 a.m. they cannot be there because you can be towed too. I give it one star because I can't give it less. The truth is that you have to be very needy to live here.
