I have enjoyed living here in Solimar, it is very secure, quiet and feels very safe too. The lady’s Ada, Loren, Dineila are very helpful. And the maintenance team did a fantastic job.

I have lived in solimar for one year now. A situation happened in My Home. and in the next couple days the problem was fixed. Miss Ada, Mr. Angel and Miss Lauren. Made me feel assure  that everything will be OK. They are super nice to me. I love it here!!! Ms. Ada your the best amazing property manager. Lauren, I love the way you pick up Solimar’s phone and how you help me making copies etc. Mr. Angel thank you for coming to my house for any   Maintenance need. I would like to thank y’all for making me feel so comfortable and at home and at peace when I felt like my mind was leaving me because the situation that happened in my apartment .y'all always let me know that everything will be OK I would like to thank y’all so much from me and my kids. Thank you so much !!!!! I love it here the best decision I made ever. Sometimes it’s the good people that make you feel welcome.

Solimar Apartment Homes is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management team has been extremely helpful in basically every way and if there ever is an issue they are prompt in getting it resolved! The apartments themselves are very modern and extremely affordable. If I could give them a 10/5 score, I would!

When I first came here ,I was pregnant and I wished there was an elevator, there's handicap people so that was a very important thing they missed. VERY beautiful interior, no pool, but very big to walk the dog.

I love it!!
