The manager Maria V. Rodriguez is very ill-mannered and disrespectful.

I lived here for almost 4 years and it was a very bad experience since the beginning because it was infested of roaches and it was horrible we spend a lot of money trying to make them go but it never worked 100% because the conducts to the other apartments are connected. They came very few times to put some poison for that but it was like nothing because they only put in the kitchen.. now that we left they are charging us $120 for that when it was like that since the beginning. In addition to this, they charge a lot for appliances that are not even worth that value anymore. Lack of professionalism especially with the manager Maria V.Rodriguez that was always overpowering and rude.

Everyone in the office were very helpful. And very friendly.  Very clean area.

One of the best apartment community you could live in. The staff is awesome and maintenance if needed is super fast. I definitely recommend this development.
