The rudest most disrespectful bunch of people EVER!! They treat the customers-renters like trash. They speak down to their customers and are extremely condescending. No one should ever hire this company.
Zero customer service, starting from the owner down.

I am the president of my assoc. I have found them to be very professional. But from reading the comments, it's clear that most of these people do not understand the difference between a management company and a maintenance company. A management company is not responsible for fixing "things". That is a maintenance company. Complex maint under a management company is the responsibility of an owner (or association). Basically a management company takes care of your paperwork.

As a homeowner I feel so impotent when I deal with this company. They are so sooooo extremely rude, completely ignoring my problems. We pay your salary, it is your duty to help us and enforce your own regulations. I am beyond disappointed

Lynn is the Worst!!! she does not have a heart she is very Nasty and only care about Money there was a power outage in the building and she would not send no one out until the next day . She constantly hung up the phone over and over and left many people in the dark with nothing no power until she was ready to send someone out to fix the breaker .

We hired this company to help managed our community and are very happy with their business.  They are very helpful and knowledgable.  They handle all of our finances, meeting minutes, yearly budget, notices/letters to homeowners, etc.  They are affordable, responsive, and we feel we get more help from them than what we hired them for.  When we need a contractor, lawyer, etc they are always able to help us find someone.  They respond to our concerns quickly.  We highly recommend this company to other communities needing help with their management.

As an owner I must say that I am deeply disappointed in the way this company handles the problems of the association, I have to literally  call them every month to remind them of the land escape service if I am lucky they pick up the phone, they show no respect or consideration for residents except when its time to notify you of a fee increase. The last time the lady on the phone told me that they don't care..!! when I asked about a fence chain link fence that its been broken since hurricane wilma.

Disrespectful staff. Worse management company ever. Dislike this place.

Worst HOA ever!!!! They don’t know how to treat people, totally unprofessional. I called to complain because they towed my car and the women on the phone hang up many times and I continued calling and then she transfer for another guy and he told me that he won’t to hear what I want to say. Do not buy houses with this HOA!!!! Worst sever and ever, ever!!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is a group of the most MISERABLE women I have ever seen. I have NEVER been disrespected and talked down to by an elder women and they gave me the hardest time over the most simple thing. I feel bad that they are this miserable and feel the need to make everyone else's lives as miserable as theirs. Just look at the rest of the reviews here. This place is going downhill FAST, and the association here has been TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We are leaving ASAP and so are MANY more! The board and president better wake up before the women of this association cause them to lose everything, and everyone.
