Upkeep is definitely not a priority here ...
Upkeep is definitely not a priority here! Holes in walls, a/c issues,continuously.
New fridge that clanks and freezes in fridge.
BUT, guest can look forward to a final warning on their vehicle within 8 hours!

What is going on in this community? The water is off at least weekly for hours. Today is September 25th, Saturday and the water has been off for hours already, no notice around the community. There should be at least 24 hour notice up prior shutting off entire communities water! Please Coral springs do something about this!
