The place itself is okay. The management stinks. The corporate office of the management company "Renovations Property Management" is a joke with uneducated staff. The reason why I want to move the hell out of here is the Management company.

Well, it saddens me! Kendall Lakes has deteriorated
post 37 years of living within this area
amongst most retired Elder Americans, as well as younger generation, of American Kids. I vividly remember bike riding, swimming playing enjoying a beautiful peaceful environment. As I can say that D only "hispanics" within this Condo.were Jose Fernandez who was then friends with My father's
partner Rafael Gutierrez. both living in building #3
The building by D far back entrance there were a Colombian family from
Barranquilla. Diepa" was their last name
D building across from Us this 1 family that were from Venezuela
Yet, Letonia" ( Slavic) their last name was
Carrasco., not D same Carrasco Mafia family
that has lived here 4 a while.. Also on our building #5 Caridad Ugarte Pelayo (RIP) D late wife of Dr. Alirio Ugarte Pelayo (RiP).

Kendall Lakes Country Clubhouse given that Mary Joe Fernandez
would practice endlessly as we would either swimm & or practice our tennis just D same.
We actually visited Mia. Xmas. We attended

yet, due 2 D Language barrier, even though my scores were, higher
than their curriculum, I was 2 repeat a year. So my mom refused & she,
was then sold by Joe Fernandez, 2 attend Kendall Lakes Elem., a public school, like his daughter, .M.J Fernandez which was D mistake, 4 me a shocking environment.
It was trendy in D 70's 2 send your male son 2 a Military Academy.  So many of my mother's friends in Caracas, decided 2 send their son's  Lexington Missouri, Wentworth Millitary Academy a prestigious Military School parallel 2 West Point Military Academy.

CIVIC DUTY meaning ♻️, that not only helps with our ever growing production of trash but also, minimize D never ending pest situation. Instead They decided 2 chop off our much needed trees"🌳 as their sole solution 2 counteract this grave problem in which we are all living with. So I bought diatomaceous HARMLESS powder, help D permanent pest trashroom. I was then threatedened with a $100 FINE by D Machorra cleaning lady Yep! She decides 2 Snitch on this.

this is what i sent and how others in our building/condo have expressed but have yet to hear back from anyone. This notice is an informative letter from a current tenant living in apartment -- in building 6--- in The Sovereigns Condo in Kendale Lakes. Some hazardous and liable issues have become apparent in this building/ floor, maybe other buildings in The Sovereigns as well, but I am only aware of the one I currently live in. The first issue that is the most consistent and frustrating is the cockroach problem. Every night and morning, there are roaches in the kitchen, varying from small to bigger ones. My mother and I must buy roach spray constantly and put away the food in the fridge because the roaches sneak into the pantry, the countertops, and trash. I know that the first floor's trash chute is filled with live and more significant bugs, and it's probably a bigger problem for those who stay on the first floor. The second problem might become a bigger one with time. As I was going downstairs from the west side staircase, I noticed a leak from the ceiling that deciphered into a puddle on the fourth floor and dripped down to the third and second floor west side staircase. Knowing what happened in Miami buildings (the Surfside building, which collapsed last year), this leak can significantly affect everyone who stays in this building. The last issue is neither as problematic nor concurrent but still creates a hassle. The keypad to open the front lobby doors picks and chooses when it works. The pin that once worked about two months ago to open the door doesn't work, and although it works to call my phone number, sometimes, it still doesn't unlock when I press 6 on my phone to unlock and open the door. There are varying more minor issues that may be fixed, but I expressed those that I believe need a fix as soon as possible as it is affecting the daily habits as a tenant. I hope this is taking into serious consideration and these problems soon face respective solutions. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you.
